Public Housing Maintenance

Please note, Public Housing Maintenance services are available to Public Housing Residents only. Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program participants should reach out to their landlord with maintenance requests.

For maintenance emergencies during our normal hours and after-hours, please email Chris Beamon, Supervisor, or call 601.683.3530 for the AMP 1 (Newton) office, 601.656.1964 for the AMP 2 (Philadelphia) office, or 601.267.4712 for the AMP 3 (Carthage) office.

Considered maintenance emergencies are:

  • Broken Door Lock or Window
  • Broken Water Line
  • Exposed Electrical Line
  • Fire (please dial 911 first)
  • Flooding
  • Gas Leak (please dial 911 first)
  • No Air Conditioning (during hot weather)
  • No Heat (during cold weather)
  • Plumbing Backups (overflowing toilet, exposure to raw sewage, etc.)
