Income Limits

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) establishes income limits based on the Area Median Income (AMI) for each county in each state. These limits are used to determine a family's initial eligibility to participate in certain MRHAV-administered housing programs.

The following list includes the Income Limits for each county Mississippi Regional Housing Authority (MRHAV) serves:

• Attala County, Clarke County, Jasper County, Kemper County, Leake County, Neshoba County, Noxubee County, and Scott County
• Lauderdale County
• Newton County
• Smith County
