Housing Programs

The Mississippi Regional Housing Authority V's mission is to create strong, sustainable, inclusive communities and quality affordable homes for all.

Many different housing programs are offered at Mississippi Regional Housing Authority V (MRHAV)! Housing opportunities are provided for low-income individuals, families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. 

Currently, MRHAV offers housing opportunities through the following programs:

• Housing Choice Voucher (HCV)
• Public Housing (PH)

MRHAV previously administered the Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) Program; this program is no longer accepting applications at this time.
