A 12-member Board of Commissioners governs the Mississippi Regional Housing Authority V (MRHAV) to serve residents of the following counties in Mississippi: Attala County, Clarke County, Jasper County, Kemper County, Lauderdale County, Leake County, Neshoba County, Newton County, Noxubee County, Scott County, and Smith County.
